Interior Painting
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets, accent walls. Single rooms or a whole interior. Color consultation, prep and repair before paint, small-scale cabinet and furniture refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal on small areas.
Isabella "Izzy" Green has been painting professionally since she was sixteen — seventeen years on the brush. Interior painting, drywall and mudding, TV mounting, and the long list of small things that make a room look tired. Insured. Orlando metro.
Izzy's clients are mostly women. That wasn't a marketing decision — women called, women referred her, and they kept saying a version of the same thing: it was nice to not have to feel weird in her own house while the work got done.
No crew you've never met, no subcontractor you didn't hire. You booked Izzy, Izzy shows up, Izzy does the work.
Out loud, while she does it. If you want to learn it, she'll slow down and show you. Half her repeat business comes from people who called back because the last thing finally made sense.
A client once hired her to build a fence for a dog. There was no dog. There was a neighbor problem, and a fence was the wrong answer — which she found out by asking one question nobody else had asked.
She can work a house from foundation to roof. She still won't take a job that belongs to somebody else — she'll tell you who to call instead.
Send a picture of the problem. I'll tell you what it is, whether it's a job for me, and roughly what it costs. Free, no obligation. If it isn't my lane, I'll tell you who to call.
Painting and drywall are the specialties. Everything else is the honest list of what she's good at. Scroll sideways →
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets, accent walls. Single rooms or a whole interior. Color consultation, prep and repair before paint, small-scale cabinet and furniture refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal on small areas.
Holes, dents, nail pops, hairline cracks, water stains. Texture matching including knockdown and orange peel, corner bead, skim coating, patching after a TV mount or a shelf comes down, post-move wall repair.
TVs of any size, into wood or block. Cable concealment, soundbars, floating shelves, heavy mirrors, gallery walls, curtain rods, blinds, closet rods, art, overhead garage racks.
Luxury vinyl plank and laminate in a room or two. Transitions and thresholds, quarter round and baseboard, subfloor patching, small tile patches, squeaky floor fixes.
Sticking or dragging doors, knobs and deadbolts, hinges, weatherstripping, door stops, closet and bifold doors, cabinet hardware swaps, smart locks.
Light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, towel bars, toilet paper holders, house numbers, video doorbells, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, switch and outlet plates.
Tub and shower re-caulk, kitchen and vanity seams, window and door seals, grout touch-up, trim gaps — the fifteen small things that make a room look tired.
Furniture and flat-pack assembly, closet systems, shelving, storage racks, baby gates, the honey-do list, rental turnover, pre-listing touch-ups, move-in and move-out repairs.
She does the job and teaches you how to do it next time. Same work, narrated, with the tools in your hands if you want them. Priced as a special visit.
Ask about it →If your job is on this list, call me anyway. I'll point you to someone I'd hire myself.
Izzy is 33 and has been painting professionally since she was sixteen. That's seventeen years on the brush, plus handy work going back to her teens.
She didn't fall into this. Her dad, her mom, and her aunt all taught her — deliberately, on purpose. Houses, motorcycles, and cars. The reason was simple: they wanted her self-reliant. They didn't want her waiting on a man, or a landlord, or anybody else, to fix what was broken in her own life.
It took. She has built additions onto her own house from the ground up. She gutted and rebuilt her home after Hurricane Irma. She can work a house from foundation to roof, and she knows exactly where her lane ends — which is the rarer skill of the two.
The part she loves most is the teaching. She'll narrate what she's doing while she does it, and if you want to learn it, she'll slow down and show you.
The fence was for a dog that didn't exist. The real problem was the neighbor. One question found it.
Before she tries anything new she watches five to eight different people do it. The first video makes it look easy. The fourth one tells you what actually goes wrong.
